It makes sense that it performs like a 3076. I don't have experience with 91 to know what a reasonable pressure ratio is.
I'd convert from my 3582 if I could get that boost threshold and crack 400 on stock cams on 92.
I generally don't run over 20-21psi on 91 Octane. I'm sure it could have made more with more boost, but timing would have to be a lot lower and EGT's would start to get pretty hot. I don't see any reason this turbo couldn't hit 420-440whp on good gas.
