There was no sarcasm in that. I was shocked that they didn't try to fix the situation though, as a small business owner I know that I would have done everything possible to keep the sale. Instead of just informing me that it was on a 2 month back order, they could have offered another product or something else to resolve the issue. Do you see what I mean? I honestly like Josh and as I stated before hadn't had a problem with him or his company in the past, so I was surprised that they were just so quick to say sorry it's on a 2 month back order and left it at that. That's why I said to myself that's it!?! Okay then I'd like my money back if that's the case.
