Completely understandable, but I'm fairly certain that the eBay seller I used is the largest US distributor for them. I'd ask him a question and he would actually contact kinugawa and get back to me no later than a day, usually within a few hours. The turbo came from kinugawa in Taiwan, came through customs. So all he is doing is telling them to ship it. He has been a very good vendor, but I've had experiences with bad ones. I had a return on a kinugawa wastegate actuator that I didn't end up needing, and he handled it quickly. Spend more money if you'd like, but this is one vendor who has earned my business. No matter which way you go, you'll have great customer service. I'd rather support the guy in the US trying to make some money.
