I bought my 2011 WRX in Austin Texas and drove it home to Vancouver BC, 2500 miles and averaged 22.2 MPG and that was all HWY driving with an average speed of 80mph
Since after adding a catless DP with a stage 2 tune I'm getting closer to 26mpg hwy and sometimes a little better, and 22 city.
I believe that if you don't launch these cars they won't break nearly as often... IMO.

This is what a car like this will get... a clean dyno tune at the STOCK boost level should squeeze further mileage out of it.
