94 SL2. Declined tire, drove away like this:

"Vehicle has slight noise from LF wheel, check and advise"

05 F350 with a 12' service bed, 12klb lift would BARELY pick it up:

"Check tire wear. Just had alignment performed at XXXXXXXXX"

96 Corolla, customer had an invoice for 4 wheel alignment, cam bolt, and labor to install. Seems someone forgot to tighten it....

"Transmission making slight roar, has no forward gears"

98 Dodge 1500, DRIVEN to the shop in reverse from 8 miles away by the customer. Then they bitched cause I had to replace EVERY GODDAMN HARD PART except the case.

01 Beetle TDi, friends of a biodiesel refiner down in Roanoke. Has ran 100% bio for a year and a half, this is what the fuel tank looked like. 3800 bucks later, the car had a nice clean new tank, lift pump, lines flushed, and a shiny new injection pump. And a customer that now knows the risks of running non-ISO tested biodiesel.
