Not that I'm seeing any oil consumption, but if I were, it's simply less headache for everyone involved to just top it off. Thinking back to vehicles I've had, and some that my friends currently have, this is a non-issue in comparison.
I find it funny that people outraged at the thought of possibly having to keep an extra quart around, have no problem paying the dealership $80+ to do a ten minute job.
If serious consumption persists and SOA gives you the finger, have an oil analysis done with 0W20, then do the same with something thicker. Compare and make a decision.
