While I too cannot sing enough praises for Klasse All-In-One or KAIO as it is sometimes called, I think you are looking for more of a traditional, pure, glaze.
A glaze, similar to a wax, will fill small imperfections and blemishes and effectively hide them from view until the product wears away.
A glaze product that I have had particular success with is Poorboys Black Hole glaze. This is specifically made for darker colored paint which would work well with your obsidian black pearl.
I would top it with a pure sealant to maintain the appearance as long as possible.
Also, there is no need to apply this using a machine. By hand is fine, shouldn't take you any longer to apply than wax.
