ok so i have a 99 legacy sedan (you all know it, its the one Bad Wagon AKA Girodisc built) currently running GC8 KYB AGX struts all around, with eibach lowering springs and front and rear camber plates. when they were put on the car the front end sat almost a full 2 inches higher than the rear. Johann cut the springs and dropped it another inch but without taking significantly more we couldnt get it to sit correctly
so... my question is why? johann thinks it may have to do with the fact that i am running 98 outback knuckles all around and that the fronts may be a higher profile than the mounting points on a gc8. but wouldnt the rears be the same case? why would they be 2" higher in the front (before cutting the springs? any ideas? if i have to replace the front knuckles with ones from an impreza im down to do it but i have to be certain. thanks guys!
