Send me a PM with your email address, and I'll send you a scan from the shop manual that identifies the lift points to use when raising the car with a floor jack (both for the front and the rear of the car).
After I use a jack at these lift points to get the car up in the air, I use jack stands to support the car at the rails.
By using this process to first lift the front end of the car, and then the back end of the car, I can get all four tires up in the air, which is useful for tire rotations, brake line bleeding, and so on. For my oil change last weekend, I only raised the front of the car.
