If you're in the SW, the order system will open on the 15th, and those orders placed right away will begin to arrive in October.
Your dealer is just not in the loop with the right people. Their local DSM (district sales mgr.) from SoA should be keeping them abreast to information like this. My guy has been tipping me off for over a month now.
