What exactly is bad about it? Bad bearings, bad seals, damaged fins,spooling issues, issue with coked oil.
Whats wrong with it. If your going to buy a rebuild kit it makes certain assumptions about the condition of your turbo. If you don't give more details about whats wrong no-one can really give you good advice about what to do.
