The super monza at chris coffee could easily do that, as it's used by mcdonalds in europe. It's a steal at $2700.
The fetco single brewer is $1600+. It's a pretty kick ass unit, which top cafes use, and you'd still need to buy a grinder, so that closes the par between the fetco and monza.
As for grinders, you'll need a commercial grinder. A home grinder won't cut it. A bunn is $600-800, a ditting is over $1k. Or this:
