Default Condenser Fan

My mechanic says the "right/passenger side" fan motor isn't working and this is causing the overheating and AC compressor to stop running, resulting in warm air blowing when idle. I'm not sure if he looked at the fuses and/or relay, but will find out tomorrow.

He's quoted me something like $250 for the repair (part & install). Says the fan assembly alone is $200. I can order the following from Rock Auto:

#600550 Engine Cooling Fan $47.79
#610550 A/C Condenser Fan Assembly $42.79

Assuming it is the fan motor that's failed, is the "right/passenger side" fan motor the A/C Condenser Fan??
