Thanks for all the feedback guys. I'm definitely going to avoid it. My tuner responded back saying essentially the same thing you guys did. Not at all worth the risks.

I considered this when getting tuned after the turbo upgrade but the general consensus was that e85 isn't that readily available around me and it doesn't run well in the winter here where it can get to 20 degrees or lower consistently.
