Im not a genius with this stuff but this happen to my friends 300zx and it was a grounding issue. After reading every post it seems that you've done a **** load of work so no point in just giving up now. Look for small stupid **** because that's always what it comes down to. I would suggest getting a diagram of all grounds in the engine bay and running through them
