You have 2 choices.
1. Suck it up and pay a "professional shop" to troubleshoot it(most shop work that I have seen including dealerships in my area are a joke. Only a few shops local I trust). Going to guess for them to remove components, test out the viper system might come out to about 5-10hrs work all said and done.

2. Since your a lot wiser than those damn kids in their 20s. Start testing everything yourself. Remove the viper system and anything else the car might have related, return it to oem and go from there.
Already removed Viper system as previously stated I replaced the original harness with Viper system to a unmolested harness. All I'm saying is if you have a good background in this stuff I'd like to know. Someone more seasoned than a 22 year old kid. Get my point yet? But thanks for your insight informing me of things I already known and done, thanks.
