I could've answered that question had you just asked it from the beginning. You need Ichiba (style) V2 spacers 20mm. There is plenty of clearance behind the wheels on the mounting surface.

EDIT: I do know on an impreza you must roll the rear fenders. As for on a Fozzy... it's going to depend on how low you are.
