Ok, I'm a winter noob. I was living in FL for the first 6 years after I got my license, then in the Carolinas where winter seems to seldom happen, then over in Okinawa, Japan, which is about like Miami. So . . . what are winters like up here? I feel like an idiot having to ask, but oh well.
about 3 years ago: snowpocalypse with 600 feet of snow in an hour, icy roads and death if you drove -but not if you have a subie :3 i was driving columbia pike by myself until an intersection with a WRB STI. we stopped. did the fonz. laughed. kept driving. everyone else was walking through the snow carrying food/beer. no power.
2 years ago: light snow, maybe 3 inches at best
1 year ago: whats snow? barely touched 32 degrees all winter.
this year: ??? anyone have a good farmers almanac or prediction?
