Yeah, sorry to hear that and it just baffles me that crap like this happens. If it was my dealership and we treated someone like that, there would be consequences. In that situation, that is when you go to the General Manager and tell him the story and discuss how you will be compensated before paying the bill. If they do not make it right, you could get the Attorney General involved as well. Personally I think their story is a bunch of garbage.
