"asap," is a subjective term. You have downtime in removing it from your car, you sending it out, they determine it was their fault or yours, then you get a new unit back or a repaired one. You're looking at a week if not more minimum. And out shipping on your end out to them. Not much different from any other company, US based or not.

You're logic is skewed.
