FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the vehicle still for sale?
- It is! Once I sell it, I will change status to SOLD.

Where are you located?
- Brooklyn, NY, Bensonhurst area, zip 11223

Do you take trades?
- No, not looking to trade, just looking for a quick sale.

What is the lowest you will do?
- 4k cash. Price is firm and not OBO. Please don't lowball.

How will the sale be made? I will sign the title over to the seller along with a bill of sale. In some states outside of NY (PA for example) the title also has to be notorized along with the bill of sale. Find out dmv/mvc registration procedures of your state. Once the car is sold, I will take the plates off. How will you transport the car to the place of your residence without plates? I can help you bring the car to your home (if not too far away) and take my plates off there, or once you have the title in your hands, you can call your insurance broker, give him the vin# of the car, he'll put it on the insurance, fax/email you a temporary insurance card, and with your temp. insurance card and title, you can register the car and get plates from the DMV the same day.

I got the car at 91k miles - 5 (will be 6 in March) years ago. I am the 3rd owner of the car and I got it completely stock. It was always maintained and oil changed with Royal Purple 5w30 and OEM filter every 4k miles. Reason for selling is I got an amazing deal on a 2012 G37 I could not pass up. I wasn't even in the market for a new car, and thus the recent timing belt job and set of new pads. I was getting ready for the winter when I came across the g37.

The Good/Upgrades:

STI Top mount intercooler
Helix Downpipe
Invidia uppipe (Grimmspeed gasket set)
Blitz Nur Spec R with Kartboy extended exhaust hangers.
CX Radiator

Eibach lowering springs
Short throw shifter (no idea on the brand, it came with the car)
Exedy oem replacement clutch 80% left
Aluminum STI low control arms with new bushings, transverse links, ball joints, etc.

Maintenance/misc

Timing belt service. Idlers, water pump, tensioner, belt. Less thank 1k miles
New Lower and Upper radiator hoses + new coolant. 5k miles
New Battery 8k miles
New rotors 3k miles ago
New seals on all ac fittings. System recharged - blows ice cold.
New AC Belt
Alternator belt has 5k miles on it (looks good)
New starter (OEM Subaru) 6 k miles ago

PCV valve - 15k miles ago
Transmission oil subaru Extra S.
Tires have 50% on them

Body

05 bumper
05 taillights (rewired JDM style)
Ebay headlights
Ebay grill

So all in all, this is a quick Subie that will last you for a while longer if you take care of it. It was my daily driver and I drove it to Miami FL this summer 2,000 mi round trip, without a slightest doubt that the Subie will make the same length of a trip without a problem. You are encouraged to see the car in person and/or come with a mechanic. I am trying to sell the car quickly because I park it on the street and have no desire to pay for another month of insurance. The car will also come washed/detailed with a new oil change and brand new inspection sticker.
