No, its ignition related for sure! If it was one of those it would be noticable at other times. The engine shuts off jsut as if someone turned it off.

OP, its not the battery. So dont let people tell you that. To me it sounds ignition related or immobilizer system related. I would get it to the dealer and get their opinion. If they think its immobilizer related just as i suspect..... then i would start with a new ignition key, and reprogram. If thats not it, then some further testing of the immobilizer system or ignition system is needed.
Sometimes just dropping youre keys on the ground a couple times can damage the key and the chip that is imbedded into it. Or the more common... slamming the door with keys in youre hand and bashing the ignition key between the door in the process. It happens fairly often believe it or not
