The material can be bent under heat. Once it cools it keeps that shape. This material is pretty awesome to work with. I could do a write up but it is about the same as this write up with a few minor differences.
Here we go as promised. Now that I see it in the daylight there is a few more minor flaws I wish I could fix. I am leaving how it is. 
I am going to black out the screws though.
