ok question :
I recently got a Injen CAI for my car (have not installed it yet, due to this thread, but it was uber cheap used), however this CAI has it's own location for the MAF sensor.
Should I cut that out and attach directly to the stock MAF connection, or cut below the aftermarket MAF connection and connect that to the filterbox (having removed the stock MAF location) ?
Is there any real difference, or am I worrying about nothing here... I'm just thinking location on the CAI could make for different readings ?
This is basically what mine looks like, only on mine, the the filter is attached where the second elbow is attached.
Any suggestions/recommendations are welcome.
Also, quick question Williaty, what software are you using to record your data with? (romraider?)
