Damn. That's a good idea. I'm concerned about the throttle cable though... one thing I definitely learned during this process is if curves are too sharp, it's really not happy! Any pics of the bracket setup? I will seriously look into this.

One option is a smaller in-line fuel filter. Currently looking into this myself.. plenty of options at Summit.
In other updates, spent about four hours last night installing a Jegs battery relocation kit, distribution block, and in-line fuse with built in kill switch. Hell of a lot of work to do it right, but it's definitely worth it. Now to clean up all those extra wires..
