I agree but the motor I beat the **** out of had 100K on the motor when I started and was a 1991 I think 370WHP for 10K proves a ton. I raced the motor almost daily and revved it tout to 7200rpm.
It was running just fine when i pulled it I just knew it was down on compression on the DRiverside front.
If anyone questions the tune that was on the car I can post picture of the pistons they are clean... 2.2's tiny ring lands just couldn't take the abuse i put them through.
