That's the conclusion I came to yesterday evening... No boost or vacuum leaks... I have a Perrin replacement tube so hopefully that will fit better... A couple of buddies came over as well to help try and diagnose it to no avail...

Pulled the BPV off and it's takes. a LOT of force to open that valve up..worked on it some more this morning some more before work... I have an extra BPV and I tested how much force it took and its about the same as the other one... It's still not releasing pressure though... Any idea how tough it is to push that flange open generally? That's my last guess once I replace the factory tube with the Perrin silicone one?
