Test drive didn't happen, but mom called and said that they're just going to buy it! Grandpa is writing the check for $25k, I'll have it processed at one bank, deposited in another, pay off the WRX, go get the title and we're DONE!
I'll post up when everything is final, but so far it's looking 99% good!
