I feel that every job I do on my car takes twice as long as people say. I put on a rear sway bar last weekend. You know how the bolts have an unthreaded section near the head for the end link bushing? Whatever joker owned the car before me used a bolt that had an unthreaded section at the end, with the threads under the end link and an assload of loctite to keep it on (because there were no threads under the nut, genius). Long story short, I disintegrated the rear endlinks and now realize that some of my car's handling oddness may have been from the sway bar being fused in place.
