A friend of mine just bought an 05 Ralliart from a local guy. Car seemed legit, ran well and looked like an average car.
We went to repaint the brakes and we tried to take the wheels off. I broke 2 adapters for my torque wrench because the lug nuts were tightened to 200 ft/lb
(I managed to get one bolt off, the rest weren't moving)
It's a miracle these wheel studs didn't snap off long ago.
