Heard from the credit union today. I'm approved for $25k. Big help right there.

Sat in the ST today. Those seats were awesome. While I wasn't able to drive it today, since it was in the showroom and not out on the lot, I did schedule a test drive. It certainly made an argument for itself tonight. While there were a couple things I liked, there were a whole bunch of features that I either didn't want or didn't need, and there were some things about it that struck me as a little odd. For example, when you fold the rear seats down, there's like a 4-6 inch drop from the floor of the trunk to the seat backs, and they don't lay flat. The fuel numbers surprised me, too. 23/32. That's pretty damn good.

2 Subaru dealers near me have some WRXs in transit, so I'd like to take one of them out for a spin, too. I'm suddenly leaning toward a new WRX because the 2011/2012 ones seem to be appreciating.
