The flange in the pics was for mock only, its non functional! I made that so i could make a jig. All I needed was the setup and bolt locations so i could accurately make the Jig for the Flanges that are coming from Kamak/kinugawa. I have not purchased any tubing yet because Im waiting for the flanges to arive first. The flanges have a recessed edge for the tubing but they dont give me diameter measurements. I can buy the needed tubing here in town which will be Real 304 stainless, wall thickness and size will depend on the flange and what I can work with there.

I dont plan on using pre bent tubing, it for sure will be a 2 piece "pie-cut" of tubing to give me my correct angles and flow. It will all be tig welded and I may look in into coating them through Swaintech or a local coating guy I know.

** Ive also got some (2.25 to 2.75), (2.5 to 3.0) Silicone couplers coming for test fitting intakes on the stock turbo. This way I can have it functioning here in a few weeks or less. Once its done, Ill post Videos, pics and all materials needed and where to get them. This whole deal will be cheap IMO. If these become popular Ill be selling these to a friend who is a Vendor here with a great web site. Ive talked to him about it and hes willing to agree on a VERY low price of what I tell him. I dont want to throw out what my "predicted price" is until Ive built a few of them and figure out what my time into them is.

*Im thinking of buying that materials for the intake system too. The place I buy that stuff from gives me a great discount as it is. So at least many of you will just have to modify the Down pipe and thats it.
