Default New to Forums, Question on aftermarket parts sedan vs. hatch

Wanted to introduce myself, I'm looking into getting my first wrx (wanted one since I was 12 now I'm 25) within the next couple months. First off I would like to apologize if their is already a thread about this topic, I am no stranger to car forums and I know people tend to get annoyed with the same question over and over, I looked for a search bar but couldn't find one. either way my question is this, I am stuck between buying a sedan or hatch. I like the looks both ways and can see the benefit of added space in the hatch, but I also plan on modifying it and don't want to buy the hatch just to find out I gave myself less options.

I guess I should also go into what my plans are. I would like to go into a bigger turbo and cams along with forged internals. Goal is above 400 horse at the wheels. Yes I read the sticking, please don't worry this is not the first car I have built. My resume includes 88 feiro with 3.8l sc, Factory five cobra, 2000 cobra, and my current car a N/A 2000 camaro with 446 rwp and 452 rwt that runs 11.53 in the quarter (at some point I can go into the build of that, Its my baby). Also because of my experience with those cars I am thinking I'm gonna build this one differently, buy bulletproofing the system before going into the upgrades (forged internals, trans, injection, etc...) just want to make sure I'm not going to make it harder on myself for buying either the hatch or the sedan.

Thank you, I appreciate the input.

Chris
