use an offset calculator, it'll get you close. If you already have coilovers installed (which you will need), you can measure the distance from your current wheels to the strut to give you an approximate answer. Keep in mind changes in camber can alter this number, and your actual clearance.

plainly put, you probably won't find a 10.5 wheel that won't "poke". you really don't need that much wheel anyways haha.
