I still find it odd that these things hold V8-amounts of oil, and that the same viscosity is used and reccomended in all countries and climates.
Start/stop I am sure adds to the cost of the car (probably not too much, but it would cut into profit a bit). Start/stop also puts more wear on the starter. I feel I don't waste that much fuel when I'm at a light for 1-2 mins.
I just wish they brought the diesel version to the US. I would eat that up in a heartbeat!
