Both historically have been good, but I've noticed a few people whining about the DWs lately. If you plan on bumping fuel pressure to get more flow, then go with the DWs. If 1000cc is enough running ~43.5 psi then I'd say stick with the IDs. Another Option you could go with is FiC 1100s. I used their 2150s on my build, and if the stock ECU would allow you to lower the minimum injector pulse width they'd be rockin.
