Ya look at the op's swaybar the bend is facing down where in this photo it is facing like how it should for exhaust clearance. Even my stock swaybar on my11 sti gr sedan the bend in the sway bar was facing up not down.

When I installed my whiteline 24mm sway I looked at the writing on the sway in which caused me to instal it upside down and was hitting my exhaust so when I looked at my stock sway I realized that I had to flip it lol.
