There's no way any techs or anyone at dealers could have gotten any "homework" to do when the new engines came out.
Three service managers didn't know how much oil. The general managers are clueless. The techs regularly put 6+ quarts in.
My car came with the greasy fingerprints on the visors, headliner, etc.
Other than putting Nitrogen in the tires, my car really didn't get much of a pdi. It was dirty, and they usaed oversized wood screws to put on my liscense plate, which is all scratched up from their air tool. My lugnuts are also rounded down a good bit for only having two tire rotations.
Only YOU can prevent dealer mishaps... Only you!
