I'd go RE-11 over the pilot SS. Talked to michelin's NW rep a couple weeks ago and he said the new version pilot sport a/s is in the works. That'll be a UHP tire to watch out for.
Edit: the pilot SS is a great dry traction tire but longevity is so minimal. With spirited driving most guys barely get 10k. I mostly put them on high HP RWD cars however (unable to rotate).
10K holy ****. May have to rethink that plan.
