My g/f saw it, only from the back. Windows were tinted, there were other stickers along w/ the Moore sticker. Driver had a hat on, the passenger had her hair in a bun, and her head "disappeared" for long lengths of time while in traffic. There were also reports of lane drifting and hard corrections.
