i use flickr too. it took a while for me to figure out how to embed photos on NASIOC. what you do is: in the flickr 'share' popup, go down to the last option where it says "grab HTML / BB code".
choose: "BB code" and the desired embed image size
copy/paste code into NASIOC replies.
