People commonly mix up boost creep and boost spike. They are two fastly different things.
My car used to SPIKE to 20psi before I massaged the tune myself.
I had a tune problem.
I helped tune someone car that, no matter what we did, would CREEP up to 22psi at redline, even with his WDGC's set to zero. He had a mechanical problem.
