I'm well aware what creep is. Creep is much more common on things like DSM's. Lots of those will E3 16Gs will creep into the mid 20's no matter what. That is true creep and nothing can be done without mechanical modification.
Many people think they have creep even though they do not. Usually when their tune calls for, lets say 18 psi, and sometomes it goes to 20psi consistently, especially in higher gears. They say it "creeps", but it isnt real creep. Without seeing said car in person or seeing datalogs I couldnt tell you which is the case.
