Yeah, that's what the guy in the black one was doing to me. Kept driving up beside me, then got behind me, and never once waved or looked at me. I was glad to discover, though, that he wasn't tailing me like he had been some other people. I figure, maybe I'm just not looking up at the right time to catch a wave
