You clearly have no idea what your talking about. Try and keep the misinformation out of this thread and read up some more.

A "built" engine (aka forged internals) has nothing to do with making power. It can handle higher power (in theory) without breaking. That's it.

A td04 will never hit 25psi. It will hit 21-22psi max, for about 200rpms before it drops again.

Do you understand the concept of higher boost? Why it's an issue? Upping the boost will eventually cause the turbo to be out of it's efficiency range, therefore causing increased heat, and eventually causing detonation. An engine, built or not, can only handle so detonation before a catastrophic failure occurs (aka, engine goes "boom").
