I believe they are a hybrid of their 148e and the 115. refered to as 148e +3.
+ 3 degrees of duration on up side & +3 degrees of duration on the down side. Overall 6 additional degrees of duration. Info straight from the Lady at Web Cams. I have a set going for the 148e+3. I hope these top of my rebuild with a little spice!
