From memory the pro-kit comes with springs, swaybars, and endlinks for a relatively cheap price? The sways are good however I believe they are hollow which IMO isn't the greatest.. Also the springs are only really helpful if you get aftermarket struts/shocks. Some people are saying their $550 race land coils are great but who knows lol.
No, the pro-kit is just springs. They do make sway bars and other parts, but the Eibach pro-kit is a set of springs.

They are only 5% stiffer (if I remember correctly) and can be ran without a problem on stock struts. I don't know about you newer guys but I had them on my 06 2.5i wagon for six months and now have them in my 04 WRX with no problems.
They don't make a huge difference in handling, but it is noticeable. It's also the perfect drop in my opinion, not too low to get into trouble, but you can tell it's dropped.
