I would suggest having your tuner look at it and diagnose the problem, without seeing the map I cant give you solid technical advise.

I normally blame the calibration last, but its the most common cause of 172 codes. The only other possibility is a small boost leak that DOESNT manifest as a vacuum leak. Does it hit and hold boost target? Is the idle vacuum normal?
