Some tips on rear bushings...

The kartboy outrigger bushings work (small-thick on bottom, large-thin on top).

The 08+ kartboy rear subframe bushings (4 large-thick) fit to mount the subframe in place.

The 08+ whiteline diff bushing inserts work with a tiny bit of trimming on the sides of the lower insert piece.

Yes, thats an R180 with them.

The rear TIC trailing arm bushings are a direct fit after removing the old bushings and sleeves.

The front TIC trailing arm bushings work with some major modifications. The sleeves need to be drilled out for the larger bolts (machine shop took care of no problem). Also, the overall bushing width is too large. I needed to cut down the bushing and sleeve by 1/4 inch. I took 1/8 inch off the outside of each bushing and 1/4 off the sleeve.

Bushing installed not cut down, tightened fully, not enough threads engaged.

Bushing and sleeve cut down.

Installed and tightened down after cutting. Nut is fully engaged on bolt thread this time.

And the whiteline lateral links bolt in. The swaybar mounts will give me something for a custom 3 piece swaybar to mount to easily and give more room for tires inward (the OEM swaybar is very close to the rear tires).
