I've threshold braked at 150+mph while going over a pavement transition. Except I did this on a track - a closed course with flaggers to help me spot danger, with everyone on the property giving informed consent as to the risks of being around it.
That's a very, very different thing from 130mph on an open course with others around who don't know what you're up to and haven't consented to the risks while at night when even your brights do not give enough lead distance to properly react to dangers. And that's even assuming a highly skilled and highly trained driver with a car maintained for these speeds. I imagine we have neither of those here.
The shades of grey matter, and this is a very dark shade of grey.
